Deadline to Request Agenda Item to BOD Meeting

You are welcome to request have an item placed on the Board of Directors meeting. The requirements are that the request be submitted two weeks prior to the meeting and that you outline the topic or suggestion you are asking the Board to hear or motion to approve. Not all proposals that require a vote will be necessarily be voted on during the course of the meeting. If possible, please bring at least six hard-copies of your proposal to the meeting to share with Board members.
