The board of directors shall consist of seven leaseholders elected for two year terms and may serve two consecutive terms. Four directors shall be elected in even-numbered years and three in odd-numbered years, at the annual general meeting (Labor Day weekend). The term of office begins with the September board meeting. Committee members are appointed by the board.
