Governing Bodies, as of January 2026
The board of directors shall consist of seven leaseholders elected for twoyear terms and may serve two consecutive terms. Four directors shall be elected in even-numbered years and three in odd-numbered years, at the annual general meeting (Labor Day weekend). The term of office begins with the September board meeting. Committee members are selected by the board of directors.
